Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 cups of peeled, sliced apple or 1 x 380g can diced apples,
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • ½ cup UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup wholemeal flour
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 50 g unsalted butter

Instructions

Prep time       Cook time 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine apples, sugar and spice. Divide apple mix between ramekins or spoon into 1 large serving dish.
  3. Place Rolled Oats, flour, coconut, almonds and sugar in a bowl. Rub in butter to form a crumble. Sprinkle over fruit.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until crumble is golden.
