Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 400 g skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Creme of Chicken Soup Mix
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 60 minutes
  • 12 button mushrooms, quartered
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 courgettes, sliced

Instructions

Prep time       Cook time 

  1. Toss the chicken in Soup Mix. Cover and chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the flat barbeque plate or preheat grill.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, alternating with the mushrooms, tomatoes and courgettes.
  4. Barbeque or grill for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked.
