Bacon Wrapped Beef Fillet with Parsley Sauce
“A delicious dinner meal, perfect for entertaining.”
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock Powder
- freshly ground black pepper
- 400-500 g beef eye fillet or scotch fillet steak
- 4 rashers streaky bacon
- 1 pkt MAGGI Parsley Sauce Mix
Instructions
Prep time Cook time
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Combine mustard, Stock Powder and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the outside of the beef. Wrap the bacon rashers around the beef and secure, if necessary with a toothpick or skewer.
- Place beef in a roasting dish and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked as desired.
- Make Parsley Sauce Mix following packet directions.
- Cut into slices and pour Parsley Sauce over sliced beef.
- Serve with a selection of roast vegetables and steamed green vegetables.
