Bacon Wrapped Beef Fillet with Parsley Sauce

Ingredients

Instructions

Prep time       Cook time 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine mustard, Stock Powder and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the outside of the beef. Wrap the bacon rashers around the beef and secure, if necessary with a toothpick or skewer.
  3. Place beef in a roasting dish and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked as desired.
  4. Make Parsley Sauce Mix following packet directions.
  5. Cut into slices and pour Parsley Sauce over sliced beef.
  6. Serve with a selection of roast vegetables and steamed green vegetables.
