Bacon, Mushroom & Mustard Dip

- 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- ½ cup chopped button mushrooms
- 1 can NESTLÉ Reduced Cream, 250g
- 2 tsp mild mustard
- freshly ground black pepper
Prep time Cook time
- Heat oil in pan, add bacon and mushrooms, cook 4 minutes. Allow to cool. Combine with remaining ingredients, spoon into serving dish, refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, pita breads or cracker biscuits.
