Ingredients

Serves 24

BASE
ICING
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1½ tbsp trim milk
  • 1 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

BASE
  1. Melt butter in a pot over low heat with Condensed Milk. Combine with other base ingredients and mix well.
  2. Press mixture into a 20cm square pan and place in fridge until set.
ICING
  1. Sift icing sugar into a bowl.
  2. Add milk and orange juice and beat until smooth and spreadable (you may need more icing sugar). Spread on top of base.
  3. Cut into pieces to serve. Store in the fridge.
