Prep time       Cook time 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Core and grate the apples.
  3. Combine Condensed Milk with apple and egg. Sift in dry ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake for 40-50 minutes until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cut into slices when cool.
