The quiz will give you an idea of how happy and healthy you are and, based on your answers, will provide you with ideas about how to optimise your lifestyle. The quiz examines key factors that contribute to overall wellness, exploring the complex relationship between these factors.
2. How long will the quiz take?
The quiz will only take about 5 minutes, it’s all multiple choice and there are no right or wrong answers.
3. Why do you have to collect my personal details?
Once you’ve completed the quiz, you can choose to leave your personal details if you wish. If you do, your score and answers will be connected with your name so that we can provide you with tips to improve your overall wellbeing. If you choose not to leave your personal details, that’s ok too, we just won’t be able to send you information. However, you’re always welcome to come back to our website and read the information and tips available in your own time.
4. Are my answers confidential?
Absolutely! We may use the combined answers from all participants who take the survey to form part of industry research on the state of the Australian nation in relation to wellness.
5. Who developed this quiz?
The quiz was developed by a team at Nestlé including dieticians and consumer insight analysts, in connection with motivational psychologist from Sydney University, Dr Anthony Grant.
6. How accurate is my score?
The quiz is a “point in time” quiz, as many of the questions are asking how you have been feeling in the past 2 weeks or what you ate or did yesterday. When doing the quiz, it’s important to take into consideration your circumstances at the time; e.g. if you are pregnant this will impact your weight, if you’ve just experienced a family tragedy, this will impact how you’re feeling. So, we’d recommend that you take the quiz regularly so you can regularly check how you’re going in your quest to live a happier and healthier life.
7. How often should I do the quiz?
That’s totally up to you, but we’d recommend you do the quiz each time your experience a significant change in your life, or at regular intervals (e.g. every 3-4 months). At the end of the day, the quiz will give you an idea of how happy and healthy you are and some tips to improve your overall wellbeing.
